Tuition and Fees Schedule 2012-2013

Tuition is due by June 1, 2012 unless arrangements are made for monthly installments. Parents arranging to pay in monthly installments must pay a yearly management fee of $100 per student. This fee is due with the first monthly installment. Monthly installments will begin in May and will be payable through April.
Tuition Discounts
Families enrolling more than one student will be given a tuition discount. The oldest student in a family will be considered the first student and will pay full tuition. Discounts for additional students are as follows:
$275 a year for the second child in Kindergarten - 12th grade
$350 a year for each additional child in Kindergarten - 12th grade
$150 a year for the second or each additional child in preschool

Please note: The application fee and either the entire tuition or the first four monthly tuition installments (including the yearly management fee) must be paid on or before the student’s first day of school, regardless of when he/she enrolls. The first four monthly tuition installments or 4/12 of the total tuition are nonrefundable even if a student withdraws prior to the first day of school. Parents are obligated to pay for the entire school year if a student withdraws after his/her first day of class, regardless of when he/she enrolls.
Although the school's financial aid fund is modest, families who cannot afford full tuition should not hesitate to apply for admission. The need for assistance will not be considered in the admissions process.
For families seeking admission to Westminster, your complete Enrollment Application must be in process (this includes all application forms and fees) before you can be considered for financial aid.
Current families planning to re-enroll, your completed and signed Re-Enrollment Contract and financial aid application (this includes any and all re-enrollment fees) must be received by Monday, January 30, 2012 to ensure full consideration for financial aid.

- There is a required $36 processing fee to submit the application.

Financial aid awards will not be made until FAST has received the application and all required tax documents.
Westminster is an approved GOAL scholarship school and is a participant in the Georgia Tuition Tax Credit Scholarship Program. Students who are eligible for this funding will automatically be considered when the financial aid application is completed.
You must apply for financial aid using the process described above to be eligible for the Georgia Tuition Tax Credit Scholarship Program.
